Initial Consultation

This will involve the site inspection to assess for opportunities and restraints. We will introduce Leader Homes to you and provide you with information on us.

Proposal

In order to prepare the proposal, we will review council or developer restrictions and guidelines. We will also help you in finalising a reasonable budget for your new home.

Design and Specifications

At this stage, we will further discuss your ideas for your future home. We will walk through the colour scheme, design, other options and complete a sales quote based on this information. If all is good, you can proceed with the initial deposit to secure a start month and final pricing.

Quote & Contract

This appointment is to finalise your sales paperwork and the fixed price sales quote. The consultant will walk you through the documents and answer any queries that you may have. You will need to pay your secondary deposit once finalised.

Contract Appointment

This appointment involves the consultant presenting you with the fixed price tender document and house plans. You will need to pay the contract deposit fee after this stage.

Commencement of Building

We will start applying for the appropriate documents to obtain a building permit. After obtaining this permit, site work generally begins in one to two weeks time.
